Ughhh... girls....?!


Question: Ughhh!.!.!. girls!.!.!.!.!?
Okay i know most of you people don't care!. But i f ing hate my period!. I feel so fat!. I get horrible cramps before and during!. My back kills!. I get these horrible headaches!. My mom died when i was little and i don't have anyone to tlak to about this!. What can i do to make it better!? I wanna shoot myself!. What medicine do you take!? And is it true that eating certain foods help you feel better!? What about excersise!?

i usually just take regular advil or tylenol for cramps, but you could also try midol or pamprin which is made to take on your period!.
eating a banana can help with your cramps, and i find just getting up and walking around can help with cramps too!.
to help with the bloating, make sure you drink lots of water and avoid salt!.

Like others have said, exercise and avoid salty foods!. Salt makes you retain water!. If you're hurting too bad to exercise hard, try some stretches!. You can also get a rice bag!. You heat them in the microwave for a couple of minutes, and they put out moist heat!. It feels really good on aching muscles and cramps!. Pamprin multi-symptom is really good for the pain and bloating!. I'm sorry you're having to go through that!. I know exactly how you feel!. Before I got on the pill I was the hulk once a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I perfectly understand what you're going through, my mom died when I was eight!. So my friends have had to help me with my period problems (phew toalk about awkward!!)
Try taking Midol!. 2 every six hours!. It will make your period so much lighter and it'll make the cramps go away!. For me if I just take 2 every six hours for the first 2 days my period won't last as long!. But that mostly depends on your own body!. Some say that bananas and coffee make cramps go away, but I've never tried it considering Midol always does the trick! I try not to excercise when on my period, I use it as an excuse to relax!. I hope this helps because I know where you're coming from, and let me tell you it is not pleasant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry to hear about your mom!. When I was younger I had horrible periods too!. Now that I'm on birth control they're so much better!. Here are some tips from experience!.

Take midol or whatever you have at your house!.
Use a heat pad!.
Eat a banana!.
Exercise!. Even though it feels crappy at first, it's worth it in the end!.

If it's really bad and affecting your daily life significantly, then definitely see your doctor!.

Exercise, heat pad and pain killers help with the cramps!. Masturbation can help too, but that can get kind of messy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
