Question: I Need Tips Badly!!?
I am kind of in need to lose weight this summer and i would like to know how to lose weight over the course of summer!. I don't go back to school till august 20-something and i am willing to at least lose 20-25 pounds just to get me started!. any tips!. (p!.s!. just to let you know i would love to keep my butt!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Figure out what your enemies are and eliminate them one by one!. I did this last summer!.This is what worked for me-I eliminated what i called my "enemys" week by week!.My enemies were junk food and fast food!. I did not want to eliminate everything all at once!. Going cold turkey would have been "rough"!.
Example- week 1 I eliminated sodas!.
week 2-3 I stopped fast food!.
week 4-5 I stopped sweets
Eventually by week 6-7 I had eliminated these items(Takes 30 days to break a habit) I started to eat 6 meals a day!. Breakfast,lunch,dinner with 3 healthy snacks!. My meal plan coupled with exercise resulted in a 35lb weight loss!. I have continued this plan and have maintained my weight!. I now have a "fast" food fridays!. I only have fast food one day a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've lost 20 lbs this summer over the last 10 weeks doing a low-carb, low calorie diet!. it is very difficult to train yourself to eat this way, and it feels totally un-natural, but the results speak for themselves!. i went from 145 to about 125, and i am 5'3Www@Answer-Health@Com
Im not really and expert with this ,but contact a professional trainer and ask for thier opinon!. Other than that you can also go to the gym 1-7 times a week!. Depends how devoated on that!. For the butt thing also ask the traine about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go swimming! you get a hot tan and can still stay fit!. swimming exercises all the muscles on your body and will give you a nice, lean shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Weight Watchers is honestly the best idea!. I am 20 and I do weight watchers!. I have found it a lot easier then just vowing to give up certain foods or vowing to run every dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
