I don't know what happen....!?!

Question: I don't know what happen!.!.!.!.!!?

I was dancing with my friends and I was rolling my stomach doing a belly dance then all of the sudden the bottom of by ab started to hurt like I pulled a muscle where my period cramps would be!. I don't know what I did!. I couldn't stand up straight it hurt so much and it even hurted when I was in the bathroom!.
Please help me!.!.what did I do and what happened!?

youre probaly having a set of bad period cramps if it hurts to brearh it could be the lack of water u drink!.!.!.only if its like under the boobs but u said adomal so period cramps or muscel cramp/spazamWww@Answer-Health@Com
