How can i relieve menstrual cramps?!

Question: How can i relieve menstrual cramps!?
Answers:
I usually suffer bad from these!. Cramps generally are lack of magnesium but in menstrual case it helps too!. Plus I eat Primerose evening oil capsules every day and I have noticed my last few periods were better but that is long term prevention rather then immediate cure!. Warm bath helps, Ibuprofen helps, distracting yourself with film or book helps!. I also find that running helps enormously - even when I do not feel like it, I jump on the treadmill for 20 minutes and it does get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have cramps that are so bad I almost pass out!. The only thing that has ever worked for me (and I have tried every pain killer out there) is Midol-- NOT generic!. I sound like an advertisement, but it seems like a miracle drug to me!. I surprised no one else has recommended it!. A heating pad is nice too, but it has nothing on the meds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take Tylenol or Advil with a cup of coffee!. The caffeine helps and the heat of the coffee helps the medicine work faster!. I have also used a heating pad!. That usually works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
