Question: Which tampons do you think are the best to use!?
I recently got my period and I'm thinking about trying tampons since it's almost summer!. Which tampons are the smallest and easiest to insert!? I'm a virgin and I've never used tampons before!. I've heard Playtex makes good tampons!. How do you insert them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many brands of tampons, but the two (with applicators) that are best are Tampax and Playtex!. If you're not comfortable with an applicator, try using O!.B!.
To insert a tampon with an applicator, first take off the wrapping!. Take the tip of the applicator and point it towards your lower back, and insert it into the vagina!. Push until your fingers reach your body (your fingers should be on the finger grip), then press the stick at the bottom to push the tampon in!.
Without an applicator, it's pretty much the same, but you just take the tampon and insert it with your finger!. I like these better, but other people may feel otherwise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use playtex pearl!. Regardless of the brand, plastic are so much easier to use than cardboard!. If you are uncomfortable after inserting it then RELAX and slowly take it out and try again with another, this time try pushing it in a little farther!. You shouldn't feel your tampon in you!. If it still doesn't work for you, give it a rest for a while and try again later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think Playtex Beyond are a little slimmer that most!. That may work better for you seeing that it'll be you're first time using them!. Tampax also has a Junior tampon that you may want to try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
