Birth Control and Anxiety?!

I started suffering from panic attacks, anxiety, and depression about 2 months ago!. I've been on Lexapro 10 mg and Xanax since then!. It has all helped, but some days are really anxious days, so they're upping my Lexapro to 20 mg, so I can get off the Xanax hopefully!. I've been on the same birth control for almost 10 years!. Is there any way my hormones are out of whack and that's what's causing the anxiety!? My doctor doesn't seem to think so, but I worry about it!. Any idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
