your flow doesnt stop in water!. Think about sitting in the tub while your on your period, you still bleed and it flows into the water!. Tampons are the best way to stop blood from entering the water!. This idea is weird to me, but I have heard that Instead works well!. It is a different kind of insert that you can look into!. see this page http://www!.softcup!.com/!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

kind of!. the pressure of the water keeps it in cuz it usually is stronger than the pressure of ur period!. but u no when u get those 'surges', whether by themselves or because u cough or something!? well those it cant stop cuz thats too much pressure!. but since thats pretty offchance, if ure going to the beach, u can risk it cuz the sea will wash anything away anyway, but dont go in a pool without a tampon! (i have gone in the sea with a pad on before!.!.!.!.it totally works if u go home soon after getting out! or change soon ofcourse)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it doesn't!. Please wear a tampon!. Even if your period slows down in the bath, you don't want to spread your menstrual blood in the pool!. Not to mention if any one who works at the pool found out, they'd have to evacuate the pool for health reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not really!. It may slow down temporarily if you take a bath, but this is probably also due in part to inactivity!. If you go swimming, wear a tampon or some reliable internal protection or you will probably be sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it does sometimes, but not all the time, i mean it usually does for me, but on occasions i noticed that it doesn't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
