Question: Please help!?!?!?
I just had one drink tonight (a small one)and I have not drank in a long time!. I am really shaky, have a terrible headache and stomach cramps, and a little bit of diarrhea!. I had thought I could have been pregnant but keep getting negative answers so I am just waiting for my period and if it does not come I am going to the doctor!. I drank because like I said I keep getting negatives!. Am I sick, or could I be pregnant and my body is telling me no to alcohol, or is it because I have not drank in a long time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The symptoms you have described are very typical effects of alcohol!. It doesn't take alot!.!.as long as it's in your system it will have an effect!. That would be my guess!. Pregnancy tests are usually very reliable, especially since you have taken a few!. If these sings have just come on after having a drink, that is most likely the reason!. Shakiness and headaches are common side effects from alcohol, and aren't very indicative of pregnancy!. Diarrhea is also something many people experience instead of vomiting when they've been drinking!. If you were pregnant, your body would not react differently to alcohol than it would normally!. If you haven't had a drink in a while, it is common to experience things that you might not have gone through when you used to drink!. I wouldn't be too worried, but I would definitely bulk up my birth control if you are concerned about being pregnant!. If your period doesn't come, see a doc for a blood test just to be sure, since the urine test might not be registering for you!. i drank when i was pregnant (b4 i knew) it had no effect whatsoever on my body telling me i was pregnant!. You may just be sick and if you are a recovering alcoholic yeah that is most likely the case and even then maybe drinking water to rehydrate (as alcohol dehydrates causing shakes and headaches ect) may help if that is what it isWww@Answer-Health@Com
