What's wrong with me at the mo?!

Question: What's wrong with me at the mo!?
I really don't feel great at the moment!. I have nothing to complain about tho!. I have a loving husband who treats me so so well, i have a good job, good friends, a nice house, and yet I'm really not feeling great!. I'm tired all the time, I want to cry so much over nothing!. And if I'm not wanting to cry then I feel really closed off, like I don't want to talk to or be around anyone!.

Maybe I just need a good kick up the backside!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you DO just need a good kick in the backsideWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are suffering from depression!.

Exercise is a good, non-medicinal, way of treating depression!. Physical activity (including sex and cleaning house) releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy!. Doing regular physical activities also increases your energy level!. Try incorporating a morning jog into your day, dance is also another good one, or take up a Hobie like kick boxing and make some new friends while your at it!.

If you have suppressed emotions then art, like poetry, song writing and painting, are really good ways of releasing it!.

If this does not help then you should consider seeing a doctor and getting a referral to see a psychiatrist!. Its possible that you have a chemical imbalance in your brain and so may need to go on a course of anti-depressants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor about what you're feeling!. What you described sounds a lot like some of the things I felt before I starting taking medicine for anxiety problems!. Please please do yourself and your family a favor and at least mention it to your doctor so if it is anything you can go ahead and start getting better rather than worse!.

Good luck, I hope you feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

I felt like this a while back and couldn't put my finger on why - apparently it was work related stress!. I too have a good job but hadn't realised how it was 'getting to me' if you know what i mean!. A couple of weeks off work and i was feeling fine again!.

Just a suggestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise and healthy eating are important if you want to stay happy!. I find a trip to the gym or even going for a walk will make me feel better and try having some more fruit and stuff!. Give yourself a pamper!? SOunds to me like you have a great life so i would say its just your diet or something!. Your a lucky girl :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

go see the doctor or psychiatrist!.
To cool off, have a cry, it helps!.
