Has anyone ever skipped a period after taking plan b?!
Question: Has anyone ever skipped a period after taking plan b!?
Answers:
1) What is called "late period": If you have a very regular cycle (i!.e!. 28-26-27-28-26) then "late" is 3 days longer than the longest cycle in the last 12 months!. If you have a medium regular cycle (i!.e!. 28-31-27-26-31) then "late" is not earlier than 5 days after the longest cycle in the last 12 months!.
2) Taking the morning-after pill jumbles up your cycle!. There is no way to predict when to expect your next period! Usually it will be on day 5-15 after taking a morning-after pill, so do not worry!.
3) If the morning-after pill have been taken correctly, it works very reliably!. It must be taken inside the first 72 h after having had the first unprotected sexual intercourse!. Taking the morning-after pill later than 72 h after intercourse makes no sense at all!. Please note that the morning-after pill does not affect pregnant women, nor does it change the course of their pregnancy!.
4) Wait seven days after taking the morning-after pill before doing a home pregnancy test!. It's a waste of money otherwise!. You could visit a doctor and let make him a blood pregnancy test, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
