Question: Can dieting make you bloat!?
I have been on a diet for a few weeks!. I have been doing good!. I did cheat once or twice, but nothing major!. I also have been excersing a few times a week!. Which is a big improvement for me!. But it seems like by belly looks bloated and my pants are tighter!.!.!.I dont understand!.!.!.Is that possible!?

Yes it is normal for people to often time get bloated when they first start dieting!. It will go ways if you stay on track with your diet!. Make sure that you are drinking a lot of water; it helps flush out your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you aren't getting enough fiber in your diet, you can become constipated, which will cause some bloating in your tummy!. Sorry TMI!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
