I went to this summerhouse trip with my boyfriend and his friends!. I got my period on the last day of the trip and i completely forgot bring tampons to the trip and there were no shops nearby so i took toilet paper and stuck it in with a toothbrush but now the toilet paper is stuck in there!. Its been there for a week! How can I get it out!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, enough with the toothbrush!. Lie on your back and go in with a finger!. find it and get it out!. use a douche if you have to, to get some extra moisture in there!. If you can't get it, you will have to go to the doctors, or you might get a nasty infection!.
Next time, just put the toilet paper in your panties like a pad!.

DO NOT USE A TOOTHBRUSH FOR ANYWHERE BUT YOUR TEETH!.
Go to planned parenthood and get a pregnancy test!. They can help you with any decisions you may have to make afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
