Question: Did any of you went on a Lemonade Diet or a Master Cleanse Diet!?

does it work!.!.!.i m not that fat but still i would like to loose the extra belly fat as soon as i can!.!.any ideas!? i dont have time for workouts!.!.am getting busier day by day!.!.need to loose a few pounds in just 2 weeks!!
