I've had Mirena for a little over a month and my first period with it lasted over 2 weeks now I just started today and im hoping it doesnt last that long again!.!.!. How long did it take before you saw a difference in your period with mirena!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different!. From my own personal experience, I was lucky, I haven't seen my period since the month after I got the Mirena!.
It can take several months before you see a change in your menstruation, IF any!.
Only 20% of Mirena users cease to menstruate!. The other 80% either experience lighter and/or shorter periods, or no changes at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
