Actually not right away, for the Depo shot takes some time to get out of your system!. It all depends if you were able to loose weight easily before the shot!? It depends on how long you were on it!? How old you are!? What your eating and exercise habits!? It takes the Depo shot to fully be out of your system, 6 months!. So to know for sure, if you can loose weight easier off it, will take some time to know!.Maybe you will loose weight right away, but I would not be discourged if you don't until I knew it is fully out of my system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
