Post op yelllow around incision site?!

Question: Post op yelllow around incision site!?
I just got back from the hospital Thursday afternoon after having 2 surgeries!. I went in to have a tubal ligation reversal but while I was under the doctor found out that I had Endometriosis so he said he removed it!. I now have 2 incision sites!. The one on my belly button is fine but the one on my lower belly (looks like a c section scar), is yellow underneath!. It kinda looks like changing colors from a black and blue!. I was just wondering if this was normal or if I should be worried!. I have been using the "abdominal binder" they gave me at the hospital which is tight around my belly so I don't know if that did it!. Plus, I am kinda bleeding like I have my period though I am not due until the end of the month, could the surgery have brought my period early!. Oh and I still have the gas bubbles high in my stomache, is that normal or is there a way for me to get rid of them!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The yellowish discolouration is completely normal, it's just the blood breaking down - you know how if you have a bruise it changes colour!? It starts off really dark and then it gradually fades and becomes a yellowish colour before disappearing - well it's exactly the same with the scar, the bruising under the skin is just fading, so don't worry about that!.

Yes, the surgery could have made your period come earlier, so again it's norhing to worry about!. As for the gas bubbles you are feeling, it's normal, some people find peppermint oil in warm water helps, but to be honest there's not a huge amount you can do about it - the air is trapped inside the abdomen, not inside the bowel, so you just have to wait for it to gradually be absorbed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

should be fine as long as the bleeding is not heavy and there is no blood or pus coming out of your insection if your worryed call your doc or go to the erWww@Answer-Health@Com
