It means you stood up too fast, silly!.
The blood hasn't had time to acclimate your perceptions up there!.

Can be anywhere from dizzy to blackout and numbness, even shaking -Just don't get up quick- from a lying position slide up slower and sit to the side of the bed-then stand!. Could be several things, first, what meds!. do you take!? Or, low blood sugar, Or low Blood pressure!. I'm not a Doctor, but have been around a while!. These things are the most common!. You can have your BP checked at any drug store, if it's good, try to eat something with sugar in it, glass of OJ, cookies, you know!. If this doesn't help, go to the DOCTOR! It means that a lot of blood is rushing to your head too quickly from either the position you were laying in or you haven't drunken enough fluids during the day!. you want to sit upright without your legs going any higher than your head and drink plenty of water!. sometimes you might even faint! its happened to me a couple of times and if fell and hurt my head!.!.!.but anywho, i hope this helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
