Ok I love my wife and she is the absolute best!. So lately she has been doing some reading up on bedroom techniques and trying them out on me!. I don't kiss and tell but I will tell you I was 100% satisfied before and lately she's been rocking my world!.!.!. say like 500% satisfied now!.

To spice things up in the bedroom, erm, maybe try roleplaying, you be the salesman and she be a sex fustrated housewife etc!. i would say try new positions, oral sex but i'm sure you've done that!. Sounds like your doing just fine!.
I think generally (again this is generalizing so not all girls will love this), women pay more attenion to the 'romantic and thoughtful' things you do!. For example, the thing that really makes me know that my bf really loves me is when he might run a romantic bath for the two of us, with bubbles candels etc!. Or taking a massage course to give me a full body massage just randomly!. Buying me roses; he often buys 3 and writes poems about how they represent me him and the two of us together etc, you could try that maybe!. Cooking me a nice meal with candels etc!.
