Life is really stressful right now..how can I make it better?!


Question: Life is really stressful right now!.!.how can I make it better!?
Everyone around me seemed to be stressed out =( and I am stressing over school cause I don't think I'm going to pass!.

I feel like crying :'(

my advice would be to set your priorities straight!. (make sure that you get done the more important things first and then the less important ones) this helps because you feel more organized!.!. also you should make sure that you hand everything in and get everything done!.!. and as hard as it might be!.!. dont rush!.!. you dont want a bad grade to reflect bad work!.!.!. overall dont get too stressed out and take sometime to do something you like before or after you do your work!.!. it helps!.!. if something is to overwhelming ask your teacher for a later deadline!.!. it may not work the entire time but if you have a really nice teacher it may work!.!. you never know so always ask!!

You can't control everything that comes your way so let those pass!. If you harp on them then it has control over you and that's stressful!.

If you know you tried your best then that's all you can do for now!. There will always be bumps in the road no matter where you go!.

Look back at all the positive things that have come your way!. Think about those and not the bad!.

Lastly, don't take on other people's stresses!. Those are theirs not yours!.

this is what you do! close your bedroom door! Everyone will work out their own problems! As for you! Always believe you will get the A on your paper!. Just take a nap or a shower! make yourself feel beautiful!! All of us have too work hard at stuff if we want too have a good life! This is how the world goes around! Such as the Internet, if these guys gave up we wouldn't be on it now!! exercise also helps! Your do it!!! :) keep negative stuff away from you! that always help too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

whenever im mad i take out my anger through sports or weight lifting or hitting the punching bag, if ur feeling depressed go for a walk, if that sounds gay do something that you enjoy like make out with your boyfriend, have a few energy drinks, go on a vacation, anything to get ur adreneline pumpinWww@Answer-Health@Com

just do ur best and u WILL pull through and if u try as hard as u can even if u fail youll feel at least a bit happy about your self :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
