Question: What to drink instead of pop!?
Ive been drinking more water as a part of my diet and Ive had these cravings for something sweet and carbonated!.(That time of the month!.)Anyway, I drank a can of coke everyday for the past three days and my face has started to break out!.Is there anything I can drink that can satisfy my cravings!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most grocery stores have there own version of flavored carbonated water, and its just as good as pop but a lot better for you!. If you have a safeway where you live they have tons of flavors, my fav are lime or cherry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try diet cola, or maybe diet caffeine free!. i dont think soda would make you break out, but i think that diet would be a better choice in general =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i've heard coke zero tastes just the same, but no sugar or carbs, just try to get diet sodas, they have less or no sugar, which is what makes you break out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try something like clubsoda and if you want it a little fruity and/or sweet try adding a little kool-aid or something you can mix in!. low on sugar and calories (and it tastes good)Www@Answer-Health@Com
