What's a good chewable multi-vitamin?!

there are the flinstones vitamins. and also ones shaped like gummy-bears, which i believe are called gummyvites. but im not totally sure.

I don't know if it's GOOD, but I take the children's Flintstone's vitamins. :)

they also have them in other vitamins/supplements/and herbs.
