How early can you get Chadwick's sign?!

Chadwick's sign- the bluish coloration, is usually most noticeable on the cervix, not the vaginal area. It also doesn't appear until at least 6 weeks after conception, and the vaginal area would be really iffy. In your case, I doubt you would be pregnant, and even if you had concieved- you'd barely be in the range for implantation to have occured. Plan B interferes with the endometrial lining, not the vaginal canal. You are panicking yourself here. Relax and trust the Plan B.
