I'm sorry, but you can't "cure" a UTI at home. Without antibiotics, your infection may worsen and develop into a kidney infection. If you do not have any "quick-clinics" or minute-clinics in your area, it may be best to contact your regular doctor to get antibiotics.

Drinking plenty of fluids (water and cranberry juice) and taking over the counter Urinary pain relief tablets (phenazopyridine) will help relieve the pain and burning but it will not clear the infection! The only thing you can do to "cure" the UTI is to get some antibiotics from the doctor. You may just have to suck it up and go to urgent care if your doctor is unavailable.

Drink lots and lots of water and orange juice and liquids in general. It'll help flush it out/

Don't hold your pee in even if it hurts..

Cranberry juice and lots of water. I know the feeling. Good Luck!

Go to your local pharmacy and get medicine for controlling urinary pain...it really works. I've used it a couple of times and it makes the pain and urgency decrease if not go away completely. It will at least help you get through the weekend so you can get to your doctor and get the proper care you need.

Be sure to keep your fluid intake up to flush the infection out of your system as much as possible. You don't want those nasty little bacteria creeping up into your bladder...

you can't "cure" it, but you can treat the symptoms. you can find UTI pain relief medicine at pharmacies. also, drink lots of water and cranberry juice. if you don't like the juice, you can take cranberry supplements.

Ok, try not to wait too long to get this treated by a doctor. This can cause many problems such as sterility, kidney failure, kidney stones, baldder infection, and so on. From what I am learning now, I urge you to increase your fluid intake by 2,000 ml more per day. That is almost equivalkent to 10 bottles (8oz) more per day. Fluids will help preventing the infection from moving up your urinary tract and going up to your kidneys. Also drinking alot of cranberry juice to increase the acid in your urine can help kill any bacteria!! DRINK ALOT OF CRANBERRY JUICE!!! Going to your local pharmacy down the supplement aisle and picking something up there may help. Garlic tea is suppose to work great. Definitely go to your doctor whenever you can depending on the severity of the UTI and the duration. Good luck with everything!
