Genetically men are attracted to breasts because that is a sign of fertility. A woman with breasts, especially large breasts, is giving a signal to men that she is fully capable of having a child and nurturing that child.
When men see women with bigger breasts, they automatically receive a signal that she could be a good "mother".

Well i'm sure we could reach back to some sience fuel'd debate about being breast fed and latent comfort memories but it's this simple....
We like Breasts for the same reason you like our abs, our arms, or our butts.. Or whatever you find both physically attractive and sexy about us.. We are just wired that way, now I am not saying that you should just be stared at like a peice of meat all the time but we do notice the physical attributes from the other sex..
my science teacher was saying (this is scientific listen to it if you want) men and women are attracted to feature that make a good mate i.e like how animals pick their mates.. we are animals and guys are by instinct attracted to breasts.. I know its kind of sciency soo dont believe if you dont want but this is something my biology teacher was talking about.
Psychologically its because the first love that expressed to you is your mother and your mother breast feeds you, you subconsciously go back to that prier love.

For young people - breasts on a girl mean sexual maturity - a topic of great interest to young boys/men.
In truth - if girls went topless in the summer like guys - there would be no big deal. But when girls start getting 'private' about things, it brings on a fascination in the boys.
