just do what you normally do in the shower. don't worry. your belly button is just skin, like the rest of your body, it just goes in a little bit. this is absolutely NOTHING to worry about. i think whoever told you this is playing a cruel joke on you cuz they know you have OCD.

WHAT DOES SHE MEAN IT DOESN'T MATTER? Of course you are, ur supposed to clean every part of your body. if you have an a belly button that goes in then it is very important to clean it. some times my sponge can get every nook and crany so i use a q-tip.
