i have tried one at it was really uncomfortable and i much prefer a tampon but one of my friends swears by it so i guess its different for everybody. i dunno it just felt really weird and makes me shudder to think about it. but it actually catches the blood (its like a little cup) and it doesnt spill out if you put it in right. I would give it a try, you never know you might like it better than tampons :)
