My period lasted 2 days!?!

Question: do you think my period will keep going or stop.
lately [today] i found a very very very light yellowish, tan light
light brown in my pad. Ew, its very gross. Was that peee or light blood that turned kinda yellowish?

If i keep getting the discharge everyday on the week my period
started does that mean my period has stopped but will *** back like in a couple of days? or will i just keep getting that everyday., and it doesnt matter or it doesnt show no
sign if my peeriod stopping?

this is very confusing. if the bottom part doesnt
make sense to you. answer the top.

oo and im getting my period on the week of my birthday.
what should i do????
My first period came very light, and short.
im afraid that my next one [on the week of my bday]
will be heavier, and i dont know exactly know how to
handle a heavy period :[
help please!

2 days?!?! sweet as. It's no big.
You'll be fine.

ok, you kind of sound like my sister, and because i don't know anything about you, i'm going to talk to you like you're her (she's 15)
The yellowey grossness in your panties was just normal discharge. it varies from white to dark yellow. You could have that occur for more than just the week of your period. (it's actually called cervical discharge and it changes color and consistency as you go through your cycle... but ewww) so when that mixes with your period, especially on light days it turns that weird color that you saw. Your period, if it's been more than a few days will likely be back in a month or it's just taking a couple of days off. (it has a lot to do with stress, weight and age)

For you b-day (Happy Birthday!!!) Keep a panty-liner in at all times, and have a couple of pads in your purse or bookbag. Consider tampons. Your mom probably has them in her bathroom. if you feel it coming while in school, excuse yourself to the BR and check. take your purse. if it IS your period, stick a pad on, no big. If not, you're fine with the liner.

If it's really heavy, and you don't like tampons, just check your pad more often than usual. if it seems TOO heavy, (ask your mom!) or if it consistently is really heavy, make an appointment to see a down-there doctor. and see about going on the pill. make sure that you make a note on your calendar when you get it, and put an extra note when it seems TOO heavy. bring it with you to your dr.

hope I helped hun!

your period is not "regular" for a year or two. just start wearing heavy pads and you get use to it. if you are swimming for your bday were a begineer tampoon than when you are done change and put on a pad.
hopes this helps

Talk to your mom and get her to buy you some good pads.

You can also try tampons if you're comfortable with it.

Having a very light first period is VERY normal, I barely even noticed mine.

It'll also be very irregular for the first year or so that you have it, so just keep a pantyliner in, and carry a pad with you in your purse. Also, don't count on it happening on your birthday. =) It might give you a blessing and skip a month.

My period will sometimes skip a day and then start again, and don't worry about it being kind of yucky and brown. Blood turns brown when the cells in it die. It's a sign your period is over.
