Question: it was pelvic/abdomial it hurt alot everytime she was pushing in hard when she was pushing on my lower areas it hurt alot after she did that i had some blood in my underwear what does that mean

if you're a virgin she may have broken the hymen. If not, then she may have loosened old blood that was on the cervix. if you're pregnant, call the doctor.
if it hurt a lot when she was pushing, she may have been rubbing against the skin and made it raw, which in turn, has made you bleed.
i would give it a little while to heal on its own, but if it continues to bleed, i'd see a doctor
what was your ultrasound for? are you having pain in your pelvic area? or was this unrelated to pelvic issues?
the blood must be scary - i'm sorry for that.
I would just ask your doctor.
