It sounds like a urinary tract infection, which is pretty common after sex with a new (or first) partner. She will probably need to go to the doctor because in most cases a UTI won't clear up on its own.

it will hurt for a week or so after her first time but it should slowly go away. if it is still hurting in a week or so she should go to her doctor
apparently her cherry popped and it still hasnt healed yet...just give it time and it will get better

I am pretty sure its normal, but it seems kind of weird when that it happens when she pees...It may just be that she broke her hymen and it will only bleed a little for a day or two. Just in case if it keeps happening, see a doctor
