You should be going to the gyno anyways since getting a pap smear yearly is extremely important (cervical cancer if nearly 95% curable when caught early but very difficult to treat if not) Cysts and various other things could affect a cycle. Go to the doctor!

Because you're on the pill,that stops periods usually.
It definitely sounds like stress. Also sometimes when you switch birth control brands or miss a pill that can alter you menstrual time. I would seriously think about going to the doctor. You could have something wrong and not even know.
Have you been taking your week break every 3 weeks?
That is where you come of the pill for 7 days at the end of your packet, have your period and start your new packet after the 7 days?
