Any ideas how to deal with PMS?!
Question: Hi. I am 32 and after tracking my moods and periods, I have come to the conclusion that I have PMS. I noticed it worse these past couple of months. My boobs are very sore for 2 weeks every month. I feel fatigued, and lets not even get started on the mood swings. Actually they aren't that bad. The most I do is cry. But I am able to keep my emotions in check. But sometimes I can't help but look at my husband and just be so irritated, and he isn't even doing anything wrong!. Am I going crazy? I hate this part of it.
I excersize 5 times a day
I avoid caffeine.
Any other ideas how to manage this?
Thank you so much

Drink lots of tea and get plenty of rest. Also, eat lots of rice.I know it seems silly, but I read in an article that rice can help with cramps and "sassyness".What helps me is to just cry if you have to.I stay at home alone and watch a good chick movie, and get your husband out of the house for an evening.Make some tea and cry!It will be fun and much needed
Ive been told to avoid too many carbohydrates, to exercise and eat plenty of fruit and veg. That doesnt work for me at all though so Im going to go to my doctor and beg for some tablets to take.
-The pill Advil and Motrin helps. But it at shoppers.
- Raspberry leaf tea (not to be confused with raspberry flavored tea) has always been considered a tea which is especially good for women and may help with cramping
- EAT RIGHT! Avoid salty foods. Also make sure you are getting enough vitamin B, especially B6
-Massage! Get a friend to massage your back and shoulders to help you unwind.
- HOT BATH! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS works.
- ORGASM! Have you ever masturbated? You have the right too. Orgasm relaxes you and relieves that blocked up feeling, plus it makes you feel good all over, which is just what you need when you are experiencing a cramp attack.
:)
Evening oil of Primrose, Vit B6 and big cupboard to scream in!
