Hot water bottle and paracetamol??

The best thing I know to do is to use a heating pad and a muscle relaxer, and just take it easy.

I love midol, it helps a lot.

If you are home and can relax, take midol or another pain reliever and take a warm wash cloth and put it on your lower tummy where it hurts.

Just lie down for awhile if you can and relax.

If you are on the go, definitely try the midol. If that doesn't help you can always talk to your doctor about other alternatives.

exercise also stay away from sugary and salty foods

When I have cramps I try to get up and do something active it helps alot with mine, or a nice warm relaxing bath.

Exercise!! It helps if you can do some cardio. Also try a heating pad/ hot water bottle and some pain killers.

Bananas are good. Parcetamols and a glass of warm water work too. Hope it helps xx

Anti inflammatories like Ibuprofen or Volterol, a hot bath or a hot water bottle.

If they are really bad, get some prescription pain killers from your doctor.

I take Tramadol and Volterol, plus paracetamol. But then thats serious meds, so you need to speak to a Doctor for those.

HTH

take a hot bath and just soak after taking midol or some pain reliever.

Drink a cup of Chamomile tea and you will feel better. If you still feel crampy take a couple of Motrin

Anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen , a hot bath or a hot water bottle.

If they are really bad, get some prescription pain killers from your doctor. Avoid coffee & tea. Have healthy vegetarian food always & do yoga.

Midol is the only product i've ever used that i've found works.

pamprin i think thats how you spell it
