Possible miscarriage?!?!

Question: I've been tracking my periods on mymonthlycycles.com...according to that my cycle was about 36 days, which seemed about right...my period was about that long each month. But this past month, I got my period TWO WEEKS EARLY. It started while I was at work, and thankfully we got off work early. I went home and watched a movie with my boyfriend, and then when we laid down to go to bed was when the really bad cramping started. It was so painful. I never felt such bad pain before during cramping. It was so bad I was crying, I couldn't lay down, I was squirming around, and I was sort of breath at times. It was so horrible! I ended up sleeping with my heating pad on my stomach which eventually helped me sleep. I talked to a few friends of mine and they said it could have possibly been an early miscarriage. But if it wasn't, why else would my period have come 2 weeks early?? That has never happened before. It's been 2 weeks late, and like, 4 days early..but not 2 weeks early. it was very weird

You might have had an ovarian cyst. I've had friends with those. My aunt bled a ton though and had bad cramping and she has cancer there. I guess my point is that it might not be your period, but just bleeding.
