Im not sure where to be asking this but bleeding... TMI.. Someone please help!!!!

Question: Okay, I just had to get up a few minutes ago and run to the bathroom for what I thought was diarehea. Well when I wiped and looked in the toilet, there was mainly nothing but blood. There was some poop but most of it was blood. Should I be concerned? Is it nothing to worry about? I could very well be pregnant also. Should I go to the ER? Someone please help!!!

um yeah blood........dead give away.

if its in your stool you definitely need to go see a doc, if you think you might be pregnant then it could be a miscarriage definitely go to the doctor

Yes! Go to the Doctor!

contact you doctor for advise. any bleeding from this area is not normal and needs to be checked. if you have ever suffered with piles, this could cause some bleeding.

Yes you should go to the ER. You would not be bleeding from your rectum if you were pregnant. You could have Ulcerative Colitis.

I would go to the doctor. make an appointment. if the blood is bright red it is probably a tear somewhere but if it is dark brown or dark red you may have some internal bleeding.

Bloody diarrhea is never a good sign. I'd get to a doctor, at the very least. I think I'd skip the ER unless you're also in some major pain and it's getting worse.

blood in the stool is nothing to mess around with. see a doctor right away.

You should go to the ER.

There are several reasons for it to be happening, but if you've never been diagnosed with a GI issue, it needs to be addressed asap.

If there wasn't any pain, don't get too worried. THe fact you're able to sit at a computer and type is encouraging. But you need to be seen, today.

well it depends on what color the blood is ; on what might be wrong this can range anywhere from hemoriods to internal bleeding to colon cancer. being pregnant i would not take any risk i would go to my doctor or er

If its blood from anal then it is hemoroids. If you are feeling like some thing is stuck in your anal hole and feel pain or burn. I have hemoroid and if I try to stop my poo without going to toilet in time then I have blood along with poo. Some times so much blood that you can see thick blood in the toilet bowl.

If its the first time then see your doctor.

it depends how much. if it was just a little and not gushing, it may be a hemroid. (sorry about spelling) they sometimes get very irritated and bleed especially with diarreah.

Hi Crystal.
Dont be scared or freaked out, It might be nothing to worry about.
DO call your family doctor NOW. Call and get in to see him/her TODAY.
If there is no appointment available go to the local hospital and get checked out ASAP.

If the blood was in your stool then you should go see a doctor. I had the same problem about a year ago and it turned out to be an anal fissure. This problem kept occuring for months then I realized that I didn't have enough fiber in my diet so I started taking a fiber supplement and I also starting walking 3 times a week and that helped tremendously. But yeah you should go see a doctor.

If you think it's in your stool, then go to a doctor right away.

go to the doctor. like now. that is not good at ALL.
