that is a very good weight, if anything you were a bit on the skinny side before the baby, now i bet you have great curves!, LOL i really wish i could get back down to my pre pregnancy weight of 145, but 3 kids will get ya!

thats a good weight.

With having a baby and only gaining 20 pounds your absolutely perfect, I don't think you need to diet and exercise at all.

that is a perfectly okay weight

120 pounds for your height isnt bad, but if you fell uncomfortable, try to work out and eat healthily

I think you're hypersensitive about your body image and you need to relax. 20 pounds is not the difficult to lose, and as your daughter gets more and more mobile, you will find yourself slimming down. Watch your calorie intake, make sure you sit down and have nutritious meals (don't do like I did and wolf down junk food after you realize you haven't eaten all day long) and just be patient with yourself.

Hell if you only gained 20lbs and still holdin on to it for fine hun but if you feel you need to lose some weight than you need to do so for you, but dont do it for anyone else.

120 pounds is perfect for your height

i think you should love yourself and be proud of you and your baby. you're acting like you are 50lbs overweight, your weight is normal for a pregnancy. be happy and congrats on the new baby!!

whats important is you feeling good and healthy. I used to weigh 100 pounds myself just a month ago and I'm a lot shorter than you are. (5'1) but I felt fantastic at that weight, I was very happy. Then I had to use some medication and I gained around 20 pounds in just a month... everyone tells me I still look good and even better but I dont feel good... at all... so I completely understand you. even though I think 120 lbs for 5'4 is pretty good, if you're not feeling its the right weight, try going to a nutritionist or getting a personal trainer if you can who can help you lose weight.

I worked out your BMI (body mass index) which is 20.08 and you are perfectly proprotionate for your height (over weight is 25+, underweight is 18 or less)

Ive included a link to a BMI calculator that will let you work it out yourself and read about your current status

i could see your rib cage at 100 pounds,, u were too skinny...i think u'll look perfect now

pretty hot!

Where is the 'now' picture?
What you looked like 'before' baby isn't important.
It's what you look like now.

But no, I wouldn't say 120 is 'fat' .. and losing those extra pounds shouldn't be hard! 20 lbs. isn't a lot to lose.

I'm 5'3 and weighed 96 lbs before my son, and now my son is 8 months and I weigh 92. I'm a little under weight (because I have a fast metabolism AND I'm still breast feeding during the day) ..
don't worry .. 120 isn't 'fat' .. and you'll lose the rest. It just takes time. Just exercise more and eat less! (and drink plenty of water) ..
And keep breast feeding that baby!! You'll lose those extra pounds in no time!

good luck!

Is that Caroline in that avatar???
Is this Alexa Bulloss from Kentucky???

I know you!! That's not you in that picture. You have dark hair.

Anyway, how are you???
