Question: im 12 and i have 4 BFFS.i got my first period wen i was 11. i expected my period on mar. 13 + got it on feb. 29. my friend says something is wrong with me. is she right?

I have some things to share with you.

Some girls have their periods when they are 18.

It's normal to have it between the age of 9-18,above that age, you have to go and have a check up.

Having your periods early or late depends on you family blood ties, the food you take and your body system.

It doesn't matter because you have it on the right age. No worries. If you are not sure about this, check up books or websites on periods or talk to your mother about it...

And, since you "just" get your period a year ago, you period won't be stable yet, talk to your mother...

    • At your age, your body will have many changes. Changes that your body has to get used to & regulate. Your period could be "messed up" for years but it's really normal.

    totally not, theirs something wrong when you DONT get it. thats when u should worry. mine is all over the place and im 20 years old. expecisally the last couple months, first started always comin on the 1rst of the month, then it was like 29th of every month and well now its the 8th.. lol changes all the time, totally dont be worried about, just mark it on a calander see when ur supposed to get it, if u get it early.. totally fine. sometimes i get it every 30 days then itll chang eto ever 28days then it will like allternate.. jus go with it, and dun get worked up, ur fine. hope that helps

    When first getting your period...it's going to take a few years to turn into a normal cycle. It's totally normal that right now it's a bit out of whack, but it'll soon start to go on a normal-like cycle. Don't listen to what your friend says, if they're your age, they probably don't know much about periods just like yourself.
    what the hell does having 4 BFFS have to do with when you get your period...?

    ANYWAYS no there is nothing wrong with you! as long as your are not sexually active (and i seriously doubt you are) then there is NOTHING to worry about! when you are younger/in the teenage years, everyone has irreuglar periods. just how it is....
