Why do my breasts sometimes get itchy around the nipple? what does this mean?!

Question: I had the same problem (and my nipples were not sweaty and were clean). I think it's an allergic reaction. Make sure you buy no-dye, non-allergenic detergent AND fabric softener. I didn't have any allergies or reactions like this till I was about 28, then they flared up. My nipples were itchy it didn't seem severe at all and it was livable but irritating. Sometimes my neck would itch too but there was no rash or anything--just itching. I was already using dye and fragrance free detergent, but I found out it was the stuff in my fabric softener. It may not be what you have, but it's worth a try.

probably just accumulated sweat, when they itch, wash them.

Your boobs are growing.

Mine do too!! For me I think it is excema and the only thing that works is called George's Cream, from Alberta, Canada. However, I am breastfeeding and my breasts are getting bigger by the second -- so I think the itch may be due to skin stretching too! In which case the cream is also helpful. For you, try cocoa butter creams (you can also get cocoa butter raw at health food stores). They are very helpful!
