I'm guessing you pulled a muscle--it seems unlikely that your hymen would break that way. Did you find any blood in your on toilet paper or on your panties later? If not, it seems completely unlikely.
But even if you did--what's the big deal? I know the hymen is a symbol of virginity, but it really is not. Lots of girls perforate their hymen before they have sex. This is one thing you really do not have to worry about. No one's going to be checking your bedsheets the morning after your wedding.

Likely? No. Possible? Yes. Lots of girls break theirs during exercise, so if you moved just right (or wrong, I suppose would be more accurate) you could have broken your hymen.

I'm not a doctor, so I wouldn't be sure, but i don't think it's possible... unless you hit yourself in that area by accident. It is possible to break it from horseback riding, though, if your not careful enough.
I don't think so, but I do think you should go to the doctor, it could be something serious-but don't stress until you know. Also with some people when you break your hymen you bleed.
At least call a clinic or hospital and talk to an adviser or nurse.

that depends how you get out of bed. you can also break your hymen by masturabating, riding a bike, or inserting a tampon.
I had a friend with a horrible pain; turned out she had two hairs tied together - they had to be cut apart before the pain would stop. Get a mirror and look at yourself if you are still having pain.
i doubt it darl, but there are alot of ligaments and mucles around the whole pelvic area my guess is u may have moved to quickly for your muscles to react thus there tearing pain. either that or you may have a cycist somwhere in side that area? how knows most people loose their hymen when they are young long before sex. and dont even know it.
Yes, the hymen is very delicate. It can easily be broken.
