No energy help I've been so wiped out it's hard to do anything?!
Question: Are you eating carbs? That's what gives you energy, & some women are under the myth that carbs are bad when that is the opposite of the truth. Just stick with brown carbs...brown rice, wheat bread/pasta/bagels. Boring I know, but healthy for you. I eat 1/2 c oatmeal in the AM, 1/2 wheat bagel with FF cream cheese at 10am, & then wheat pasta at noon & 4 (all this is with other foods) & then a sweet potato with dinner. I eat about 1600 calories a day, too. And if your calories are below 1200 that could be another reason why...not enough intake. That's below the recomendation ADA.

rest!...start to eat healthy and drink things like slim fast that have alot of vitamins and protein...to give you some energy
you been stress out so go and drink a red bull
You might have an infection or a low thyroid. Contact your doctor and he can do some blood work. Good luck.
Take vitamens or a healthy shake and rest and get a good nights rest.
Go to the doctor as it could be a thyroid problem or something like mono.
