PCOS Question?!

Question: My doc has me on yasmine for regulation,and to help w/the hair, but i know it wont help. my cholesterol and bp are fine, so i guess she figures that all that needs taking care of is my cycles. I am at the end of my rope with the hair and weight issues, isn't there anything else that she can do for me???

Have you seen an endocrinologist? If not, it might be time to do so. Your hormonal problems may be deeper than just being able to be fixed by a generic cocktail of hormones found in your typical hormonal birth control.
