No No No that could burn you the skin is so sensitive in that area. There are bikini hair removal creams at drug stores and stuff use one of those or just wax it off!

Also, it probably won't remove the hair at all because the hair is too thick there. So I suggest you won't do it because it will really burn. If shaving isn't doing the job then you need to wax. I heard you shouldn't do that yourself though because you can end up tearing off skin and it's dangerous. So you'll have to go to a professional..
