Some women's menstrual cramps actually "telescope" to the back, rather than to the front, so you're going to have a lower back ache.
It could end up that when you have a baby and go into labor you'll also feel "back labor" with the contractions being felt in your back to start and working their way to your front.

This is just the way some women are built. The best thing you can do is try heat and NSAID's such as Motrin or Aleve.

Its normal cramping

It's probably just really bad cramps. Drink a lot of water; it helps your cramps a lot! Like, seriously. Also, try to drink caffeine a less as possible and if your not that addicted just don't drink it at all. Good luck :)

i get that too
it really really hurts
and i cant stand up =[
so if u find out whats going on let me know!!

It's very normal. It's cramps, nothing that'll kill you (well, it may feel like it though) Anyhow, take some tylenol or midol the moment you feel them coming on. It'll help.

Its just cram\ping. Try a ThermaCare heat patch on it..they really work well
