Im 13, and im on a diet?!


Question: i weigh 115 pounds, i hate my stomach so much!

i want to know, is slimfast okay for me?

and if not, is there any good [healthy] diets that i can try to lose some of this belly fat?

The only way to lose the belly fat is to lose weight all over.
There is the stomach vaccum exercise where you suck in your stomach and hold it for 35-40 seconds and repeat 10 or 15 times a day.
It's the hardest part of the body to remove fat from.
As for a healthy diet eat 4-5 small healthy meals a day with plenty of water.

slimfast = for people who really want to eat junk food but can't becuase theyre on a diet.
thats why tehres like, chocolate flavoured slimfast LOL

So, if you realy want to lose weight, i suggest you do it without those products

1. sleep more
2. drink water
3. exercise 15 minutes a day at least
4. veggies
5. fish
6. soup

I know this sounds kind of old lady, but weight watchers might work. you don't have to sign up for the diet, but you can buy their food products. My mom used to be on the weight watchers diet and I tried some of the food products form weight watchers that were in my cubbord and they were surprisingly really good! They taste like regular food but I guess that they're healthier. Now when you're this young on a diet, don't go to over the top! Still eat a lot and drink! Don't get anorexia and don't try to get TOO skinny cause that can damage you. Also, I don't think that slimfast is such a great diet and considering that you're 13 I think it's ok if you're on a diet. Just if you play it safe. Good Luck!!! (and be safe)

But if you want to lose some weight you can try eating lots and lots of vege and fruits and also exercise lots/ This way you can actually maintain your weight and can prevent it from going back up again.

Ummmmm, even when I was 90 pounds I had a fat stomach because I never exercised. Also had cellulite.

Just eat right and get exercise like walking for 30 minutes 4 times a week and some strenght training 2 times but nothing too heavy. Do sit ups and you'll have a flatter tummy.

Dieting is a trap. Either you eat healthy always or you don't but just eating right for a short amount of time will wreek havoc on your young body.

No sodas no junk.

Sorry to "poop your party" but a diet is what you eat; every body in this world is on a diet. 115 lbs at age 13 is completely healthy! If you are looking to get rid of your belly fat or whatever, do some sit ups, eat some veggies, and take your vitamins. It's puberty, kid. It'll all even out! Don't stress over it!
