Female Orgasms and trouble with them?!

Question: I have heard that it is extremely hard for some women to have orgasms. I have had sex and no orgasms, i have tried masturbation and still haven't had an orgasm. I have no clue what else to do. My friends are always talking about the mind blowing orgasms. and i feel really left out. I just want to have one or more.

Try getting a good vibrator. Put the part that vibrates on the clitoris, which is a small, hooded (by a flap of skin) thingy right above the opening to the vagina. Another possibility is a water jet in a tub or even the water from the faucet directed at the clitoris.

Once you have had a few this way, you're more likely to have them during sex, as you'll understand how to shift your body so that the clitoris is stimulated. You'll also recognize the pre-orgasmic sensations and be able to tell your partner how you like it: faster, slower, harder, more gently, etc. A woman should always help direct a man in this way, as orgasm is usually more elusive for her than it is for him. He will be glad to do what you say to get you off!

Good luck! It's worth trying to achieve.

Well I can only have one if my husband goes down on me. Which he doesnt mind doing (thankgod)LOL!! But I heard that this is common in women. You just have to find out and explore a lil bit about what works for you.

also, try to visualize a fantasy while exploring or watch a porn for ideas. Sometimes we need to use more than our sense of touch to excite us. I think it's pretty accurate to state that more women need direct clitoral stimulation to climax than those who don't

get a vibrating bunny......... clit stimulator..... i just got one and i have alot more orgasms and great ones also try to visualize your turn ons while using the bunny and it makes it sooo much better. I hope the advice works.

doddoooo here for the points sorry to interrupt ur comments.

Kegel exercises helped me a lot. I'll post the link below. I didn't have my first orgasm until I was almost 19. I started having sex years before that. (I was 14 for oral and 16 for vaginal.) It definitely helped me. Now, I'm multi-orgasmic (up to 12 times in one session).

I'm a male, so I don't mean to speak out of turn, but... are you comfortable with your body and your sexuality? Are you well- attuned to your inner/emotional life? In general, are you satisfied in your life and in your relationships with other people? If not, maybe you could consider developing yourself in these areas. Also, I probably wouldn't focus so much on whether you're having/not having orgasms... you might be putting too much pressure on yourself, which could be interfering with your orgasmic potential.

On a different note, the amino acid l-histidine *supposedly* helps women be more orgasmic. L-histidine is involved in the formation of histamine, and histamine is involved in both male and female orgasms. You might have naturally low histamine levels, so boosting your histamine via l-histidine might help you become more orgasmic.

Hope this helps!

You'll thank me for this ;-)

try this technique, it works...lie down and rub the top part of your vagina..the part right above the hole. thats the clit. rub it in a circular motion. while doing this you have to relax and make it come to you. the climax feeling should be unbelievable.
