You NEED to be honest with the doctor.
The doctor will keep your secret safe.
You could also go to planned parenthood.

Just remember even with the pill/patch/ring you can STILL get pregnant. The ONLY 100% effective method is abstinence. Contraceptives at MOST are only 99% effective.

always use protection a condom at least n u can buy them from a supermarket.
just find a dr at a shopping centre and tell ur folks u wana go shopping then go to the doctor.
only have sex when u feel your ready.
Planned parenthoods are excellent choices. I have been to them before and they are very nice and helpful and go through all the different birth control options with you.
