Question: ok im very active with sport and love it heapz.....but i get very bad cramps when it comes to periods sumtimes i cnt walk its that bad and i got bad acne.....which pill is the best for me to take??

Yaz comes with 24 active pills and only 4 inactive pills. This should make your periods lighter. It also controls acne.

i take yasmin, it works well, especially on my face [clears it up verrry good], but i havent ever had horrible cramps.
