You said it's "always late". Not everyone has a 28-day cycle. If roughly the same amount of time passes between each period (and you should probably monitor it to verify this), you're regular, you just have a longer than average cycle.

Which, trust me, is preferable to a shorter-than-average cycle.

If all you're using is condoms, you should abstain altogether during your most fertile time, in case of condom failure---but until you've figured out your cycle, there's no way to tell when that time is for you. I would seriously consider birth control.

Okay. Use birth control! There is no "special days" that you can't get pregnant. If you have to ability to bear a child, then it is always possible. Oh, and I should add...the "pulling out" method...you can still get pregnant by precum.

This is different for all women depending on your ovulation cycle. I would be safe and either take the pill or always use a condom.

you can get pregnant at anytime of the month, i have heard of women only getting pregnant while on their menstrual cycle, but you have certain times of the month when you are most fertile, its called your ovulation days, i am on a website that tells me when i am most fertile, i am 20 years old too, but i am trying to get pregnant.

The time a woman ovulates during the month is not completely predictable, especially if her cycle varies. Women have become pregnant after having intercourse during their period.

As long as you're using a condom it can be any time, but seriously, you need to be on the pill if you're active.

You should still insist your guy use a condom though, that's just common sense.

honestly, none, being young u have more eggs and such, just always use a condom and get on some birth control and u'll be fine

It differs from person to person. But if your hormones are balanced right there is a time you can't get pregnant. Ovulation occurs 12- 14 days after your period. During a period we shed the uterine lining that would have held a baby if you had gotten pregnant. Ovulation is when you begin making that lining again, and that normally doesn't happen until at least 12 days later. But there is a WARNING: not everyone has regulated hormones. Even if you think they are, they might not be, so make sure your hormones a regulated before you do this.
