Ladies - have you had a Brazilian wax? If so, what was your experience?!
Question: I have the following questions:
* I keep reading that they take off your pubic hair (or leave the landing strip or whatever shape you want) and also do the rear end? I don't know what that entails. Are we talking about inside the rear end, just the butt cheeks or what?
* I'd also like to know how painful it is on a scale of 1-10.
*If you've had this done, do you feel 'cleaner'?
*Is it true that sex is better?
I'm seriously thinking about getting one. Not sure what to expect. Kind of shy to call and ask questions until I know more, so I thought I'd ask here before making my decision.

I have had one.
1- pain scale is different for ever one. As someone with piercings and a tattoo, I would rather do hours in the chair than get another wax.
2- what do they take off. Lets put it this way, you can wear a thong and NO hair will show. You do not have internal hair, but they get in the crack of your rear end.
3- cleaner- honestly, not any cleaner than with a regular 'trim' however, the painful process left me 'raw' and later I had ingrown hairs, et cetera. it made me feel worse in the long run. I even have a little scar !
4- is sex better? No. Its the same thing it was before. The only thing it can change is the way you feel about yourself which may turn you on, or it may make your partner react in a way that turns you on (calling it sexy, being excited to go down there, what have you) the sensation will not change. However! If you have a bad reaction to the wax it can make sex impossible for a while as you are tender, sore, and in pain!
If you do get a wax, and some people get tons of them and never have a problem, be sure to go to a NICE place to get it done. Experienced salons will do a better job and take better care of you and your skin. Just be sure to follow their instructions about skin care!
Haha I haven't had one but I, too, am interested. I hear that you get on a table on your hands and knees and they wax ur rear end that way....
