I cut myself and its still bleeding after 2 days?!
Question: I cut my hand with a nice in work and it was pretty deep I had to go to the doctor and he put a stip around the cut and said to keep it on for 10 days the thing is its been 2 days and its still bleeding is this normal?

No, it's not normal. Go back to the ER. Your work place will have to pay the costs anyway, so get some stitches.

Sounds to me like he goofed, it may require stitches. I'd certainly go to a different clinic, or follow up with old doc on the phone. It soes seem prudent to see another doc avoid infection or it won't heal. NO ITS NOT NORMAL.
