My breasts sag?!

Question: I'm 220 and I've lost 50 pounds so far (I was on steroids and gained weight). Now that I've lost weight, my breasts sag horribly. My breast bone is protruding. It's like it goes my chest and then you see my breasts. My breasts are heavy and I've always worn a bra. They look digusting. They have at least two inches of extra skin I can pinch off. I know I have to get a lift just to make them look normal because I just turned 16 and I should be able to enjoy at least a few years of youthful good looks (that sounds fair, right?). I'm not vain and I don't plan on going plastic surgery overboard or anything. Now that I see how bad they're sagging, a lift won't give me back the volume I had and I'll have to get implants. I'm C cup (but they don't look like C cups because they sag and I'm 5'8). So I plan on losing the rest of my weight and getting my breasts implants and lift. Do I sound vain for this? I don't like the idea of surgery but I would like to have a decently good looking body. I was thinking of going to a D or DD (I have C's already so I have breast tissue to cover it and I'm not going for the Pamela Anderson look or anything and breast implant sizes look small than real breast sizes). Please give any opinions and help. Has anyone had the surgery and what is it like? Thanks.

I dont think your vain for doing this. I'm against sugery too, but it sounds like you have a very good reason.
Good for you for losing weight =]

Its better than living with no confidence and low self esteem.
You deserve it. If it will really help with how you feel about yourslef, then go for it.

But make sure you are really sure you want to do it, and know all of the risks and side effects involved

No i never had sugery. You can try a sports bra or a regular bra that should really help!

You are too young to be considering plastic surgery. Most plastic surgeons would be unwilling to operate on you due to your age. If you still feel this way at 18 then consider your options.

If you lost weight rapidly it may just be a matter of time before you skin regains some of its elasticity. I would recommend wearing a well fitted bra with underwire instead of a sports bra.

Please remember that sagging breasts are completely normal. Women who have large breasts can expect some measure of sagging. It is completely normal and is to be expected. The larger your breasts are the heavier they are. It is more important to wear a proper fitting bra with good support than it is to be considering surgery and implants.

since your only 16, your breast still have a lot of changing to go through. I had one breast bigger than the other for years, and just recently noticed that they are even, I'm in my 30's....but as you get older your going to develop more fat tissue in your breast and this is going to help fill them out, they probably look saggy because you lost alot of the fatty tissue that was in them, and so they dont look plump anymore, but as you get older and your weight start to adjust a little more, that fat tissue will come back, and fill them in and they will look plump again, just continue to wear a good supporting bra for now...
